Nothing is changed, dynamic flagging is complex and stupid.
The reason no one is doing it, is because it isnt worth it.
Why don't more people box lvl 51 clerics in PvP? What would them being 55 instead make so much different?
It just cuts down on the lowbie griefing (read: population killing)
