4 levels is best IMO. I also agree that anyone 53+ needs to be booted from naggy/vox spawns just like classic. There was a reason why it was like that. At 60 you have enough ways to farm plat etc to trade for naggy/vox items.
If you guys really want to grow red and make teams big, 4 levels needs to be implemented. Sooner rather than later.
