Lastly, and I doubt you can do this... you can analyze and brainstorm some solutions/changes you think would make the government more efficient and effective at, y'know, doing the things it was supposed to do.

Even if you yourself cannot enact them, or work them out. You can at least do the thought exercise and research to become more informed for when you are able to make a choice.
