I'm curious why everyone is so sure he didn't do this? If he would troll someone for 90pp why wouldn't he do it for 450pp?

Even if he did do it, Tune doesn't have a magic complete trade button. No one made him hand his money over to a shady level 1 character. He sounds like he has at least a reasonable amount of experience playing EQ so he should have known this already.
