Pretty sure the GMs only nerf/buff/change stuff based on evidence supporting the claims individuals make.
As you said yourself, the only thing you could use to backup the claims of the instance you're talking about is your own memory. Find evidence to support it.
As far as 'all the bitching' this certain guild has done, I don't know what you're talking about. There are two posts with potential evidence on the subject, and two days of attempts to down the boss relentlessly as you already know.
