It's generally agreed-upon here that DPS is a better aggro bet for lowbie warriors than procs. Think about finding a nice pair of Canes of the Tranquil for pre-20 and a Sarnak Battlehammer or Staff of Battle for 20 until you can get Ykesha weapons.
