Colgate - we watched your fraps, then tested it ourselves. Doing what you are describing doesn't take any client glitching.
The person in your fraps WAS glitching their client to get extra height out of their lev, but it wasn't needed in order to get over to the ledge, which is why we said it wasn't an exploit.
