This is coming from someone looking in from the outside. A lot of people here get PL'd and handed stuff that they didn't invest much time or effort into. This makes people not build bonds with friends or make enemies in lower levels. So you have people that get to higher levels that have no qualms with backstabbing their guild because F it, they don't really know anybody anyway. So they go to the guild where they are almost guaranteed more pixels for as little effort as possible. I'm probably wrong, but that's what I've seen so far.
