Those are the instructions I received, I could care less to be honest, auction, fixed price or giveaway.
If I had to take a guess on his train of thought is that I would say auctioned items are more rare.

The order of people was my idea so that I don't waste any more time than I have to online, as I don't really play anymore and doing this as a favor. I log in, and can sell the items to either one of those people in the time I have to spare online.

Sorry you don't approve of the "free loot for AM dwellers" it goes both ways bud, if items were sold to people in EC, its "free loot" to the people that have the time to dwell there all day long and find the right deal at the right time.
