Well that escalated quickly!
On a serious note, thank you for the input. I have been thinking of a couple of different guilds but have decided to wait to check the online population during my play time. BDA having an offpeak group of players/raid team does seem to suit though. Plus Cucumbers and Pullyn left a lasting positive impression when they entered Crushbone during Halloween and handed out pp to newbies who told funny jokes
