Yeah i did it for a year and i went from 193ish to 155-160ish. I stayed there for three four years but im approaching 185 again.
I was getting lil chubby going into my senior year in HS. I remember stepping on a scale and it was 193. Most i ever weighed, i knew then i had to stop eating. Problem is now a days im bored alot and ill just eat alotta food when im bored
