Do you have Dual Core issues?

It sounds like you do.

Solution:

CTRL + ALT + DELETE

go to processes,

Click, Show Processes for All Users,

Find eqgame. exe

Right click -> Set affinity

Click 1, so it's off.

Only 0 should be checked.
