I thought these were dungeon trains, pretty sure OT is not and technically Unrest is an outdoor zone based on SoW being castable and its more of a mansion than a dungeon. The planes are mostly outdoor as well.

By the SoW standard, BlackBurrow is also outdoors. The basement of Unrest is quite dungeon-y.
