In Genesis 3:3 we learn that God is willing to lie to keep man away from knowledge: "But of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God hath said, Ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die." But in Genesis 3:6 Eve did eat the fruit of that tree and did not die, but instead became self-aware, the ultimate crime of religion.

I know you've got the whole down syndrome thing going on but Eve eating the fruit of the tree is what brought death into the world, that's why they were not suppose to eat it(btw it wasn't an actual tree and it wasn't actual fruit but I'm sure you knew that).
