Luclin was basically launched half complete.
Acrylia Caverns was originally intended to be an adjunct to the Vex Thal tier. Really only Ring of Valor and EQMac players got to experience it. Ring of Fire was absurdly broken and half the stuff you did could just break the event. The keying process for Inner Acrylia was also way worse than VT.
SSeru and Katta were also intended to be Thurg/Skyshrine/Kael-esque, but were never fleshed out.
