I used to do Fear with a couple other 50 necros in Dozekar on Blue. We'd break the zone in using pets and FD then clear to the Boogeymen and Gorgons for the druid who would buff us. It could take time if there were accidents but it wasn't difficult.
We never did get the good drops, though.
