Was thinking of spending the next couple of levels in there to look for some equip upgrades and maybe a little cash to boot.

As far as I remember Permafrost was pretty tough to do anything in because:
- lots of casters.
- steep curve from mobs your level to higher level mobs deeper in.
If you're going to do it try and put a group together.
