As much as people hate each other on this server anyone getting perma banned is shitty. Twainz seemed like someone pumping positive energy into the server overall, whether you were on his side or not.

The staff here are hardly over zealous Robocop enforcers of the law. For all the shady shit that goes on here, there are surprisingly few bans or suspensions handed out. It is usually pretty obvious you are breaking the already lenient rules, and you usually get more than fair warning before any action is taken.
It has nothing to do with hate or love, punishment here is like the Darwin awards. You have to be pretty monumentally stupid to get yourself on the staff radar and then give them some extra justification to ban or suspend.
Personally I would love to see a sticky of every player who has been dumb enough that action had to be taken against their account. Name and shame, get rid of all the bullshit excuses and crying that floods the boards.
