Rod of Mourning is a great leveling weapon when you get to low-mid 50s. The stun is very useful in a group, but doesn't make much of a difference fear kiting. Big delay is great for casting as has been said.
Also you might be able to pick up a
Khyldorn somehow. I'm pretty sure almost every Khyldorn on server is rotting in bank; I know Zeelot and I haven't used ours in forever.
