Why do you need to smoke it? Maybe your body doesn't want it. It's not like everyone on the planet needs to smoke weed. What is the point. Find a better drug if you want something to calm you down. Prescription or otherwise.
Or take non-drug routes. Meditation, music, exercise, tai-chi, incense, whatever. Everyone has something that lets them achieve a state of zen.
