Some people just can't smoke pot. You're not the only one it causes anxiety for, and really the anxiety can pop up at any time.
If you really want to smoke, take the second posters suggestion. What he was talking about was the two 'different' kinds of weed. Sativa is far more widespread (from what i've seen) than Indica. Basically Sativa is more of a 'mind high' whereas Indica is more of a 'body high'. When you have no tolerance, that doesn't mean a whole lot because you get high as shit regardless, but in your case it's your best shot at not experiencing the crushing anxiety every time you get high.
Basically, if you don't live in a state with medical marijuana or don't have a green card to buy it with, you're probably shit out of luck.
