Rinse and repeat, who gives a flying hoot about what you can do in the gym, is the US being invaded, do those reps help you out in your day to day life?

Live by doing whatever the hell makes you happy (most guys who want to get all swoll in the gym are doing it to impress other dudes...what does that say about you?)

Squatting 500 doesnt make the bus that hits your crossing the street any less of a mess.
No but lifting weight makes you feel accomplished, turns up your metabolism so you burn more fat and not the carbs you just ate, makes bones stronger, lowers blood pressure and will release lots of endorphins to make you feel less stressed. But hey its your life and if you thinks it's normal to be on 5 different kind of meds by the time your 40 then keep on doing what your doing. Also 90% of people who life are on gear and most people who do lift natural can't really get the "swoll" like you see all over the gym.
