You sir are a idiot, yeah people do what they want, eat what they want, live how they want, its all your opinion and a free country but did you know you could feel better than you do now just by some fitness in your life? Dont hate on it till you start doing it. Most people that are prescribed anti-diepressents dont even need that shit, just exercise and workout, and it could change how you feel about life just doing some basic shit like that.
