Is there a reason you are wanting specifically No Drop loot ? There is a lot of good droppable gear, then when you are done with it you can sell it to help buy your next piece. No drop doesn't make it better.

My assumption, no drop = free. I take the same stance when I make a new char. If the arms, legs, chest are marginally better than Jarsath for like 4k per, fuggit I go Jarsath.

There is a lot of good stuff if ya know where to look.
