Regen advantage is smaller than I thought for some reason, especially pre-50. Hp regen doesn't affect leveling speed much or at all under a number of scenarios (eg: grouped and killing at spawn rate), while exp penalty is always in effect.
Your argument about faction is undoubtedly true. Sneak + FD minimizes the penalty for bad faction, but I can't imagine that it's a complete non-issue the way it is for human monk. |
Xp penalty is only in effect until 60 100% bar then the ac and regen are miles ahead of no ac and regen bonus while the xp penalty is meaningless.
