I forgot where I read it but something along the lines of 96% of all IT jobs the government has attempted over $10,000,000 have failed. This isn't new.
It also has nothing to do with how well the affordable healthcare act will fare in the long run. The website sucks, big deal, a ton of companies/organizations that are very successful have (or have had for a long while) shitty websites.
Private companies in bed with each other running the nation's health insurance doesn't work, this also isn't news. The affordable healthcare act is the first serious effort to try and fix that. If you know so much and can do so much better why don't you become the president and do a better job?

Hey, no need to get snippy! I just think with something this big they should have made sure it would work. I don't know shit about IT stuff, but that's beside the point. They're supposed to know what they're doing. That's all I gotta say about that.
As for the Affordable Care Act, which I believe is unconstitutional (no matter what the Supreme Court says), I guess we'll just have to wait and see. I know that healthcare in the past was fucked up but did we really have to go down this road into socialized health care? I just wonder what we're in for next.
