The "Fists" are Velious era but were tagged 1 Hand Blunt. However, I have not been able to locate a Pre-Luclin source on Fists of Nature.
There was an old bug report
here, that reversed the original weapon tags of "Hand to Hand" on the Plane of Sky weapons. That bug report seemed to indicate that there were no "Hand to Hand" weapons before Luclin, and that the items were "1 Hand Blunt". After looking around, I would have to agree that "Hand to Hand" was a Luclin+ modification to all the "Fist" weapons.
Whitened Trent Fist / Wu's Tranquil Fist / Wu's Fist of Mastery are already 1 Hand Blunt, based on the prior patch change.
