Its kinda sorta, just stay outta places like Unrest and you will never encounter a twink usually, most of the time its just end-game pvp/trolling while the low levels catch up, with the occasional powerlevelling group...
If you ever have any interest in R99, let me know, I still want to form that guild and not only that but I plan to make a bard soon for PLvling purposes and do not mind helping people with 1-30 or whatever
