Melee with high Bind Wounds skill can bind wounds on a shaman that's chain-casting Cannibalize. A couple of monks can substantially improve mana regeneration using this trick.

Yeah, I always enjoyed doing this with my rogue and was impressed anytime I saw someone else doing it. It's the little things!
