It's in everyone's best interest who doesn't have medical insurance to not buy into Obamacare. Pay the fine every year and then when shit does south with your health just get medical insurance because you can't be denied.

Unfortunately there's some truth to this. As the penalties increase, the 2.5% tax for nothing should easily be outweighed by paying for health insurance in exchange for...having health insurance.
If you're caught without health insurance when you get sick, you can subsequently get health insurance at a more than fair rate. However, the price while you were uninsured won't be reimbursed to you, and those initial costs can be extremely burdening.
