Hello - I have recently aquired warrior epic. I have however not been able to get Rage of Tallon on
Blade of Tactics to proc. I read that it's supposed to be a right clickable effect - it's not. Does it proc without a spell icon? I'm confused - is it broken or am I just not noticing it?
Is this a known issue - any other warrior out there that could confirm?
