recently i have made two shamans, one on each server. One is an iksar and i liked him alot, that extra regen + ac bonus do make a difference. the regen is fantastic for leveling up and in raids makes a difference too. On the other server i've made an ogre shaman and i LOVE it. During fights i can cast all i want and not worry about being interupted/stunned, so nice to have this i've never experienced it before. the downtime is a little slower because ogre's dont regen. But for PvP im glad i chose ogre, i suppose if you're looking at raiding most importantly than iksar would be better in a raid over ogre.
JBB is a bracer that you right click at lvl 46 for a big DoT that you could also cast without the bracer. Iksars cant use to velius, the other 3 races can. However this item is about 45-50k so it is very far away.
Iksar or Ogre. pick which you think looks cooler. or if one of the bonus really appeals to you. Ogres can buy spells in Grobb too
