Firstly that depends on what you mean by "up." Do you mean "against prevailing gravity?" In that case, the kinetic energy of the urine would transfer to potential energy, and then return along the path of gravity. If you mean "towards the top of your reference," then it entirely depends on the orientation of the gravitational poles.
