Submit a request for exemption mentioning the two accounts which you want to be able to play from the same IP.

What's the turn around on an exemption? I submitted the request a few days ago and I haven't gotten a response yet? Not huge deal because my wife and I play at different times but we'd like the option to play together like we used to.
