Hey there guys-
I havent played on P99 for a few months now, due to not having internet at my new remote location. I just got Net yesterday and now I cant login, everytime I try the client gets to server selection and I choose P99, then it takes about 20 secs and sends me back to the Station login/pass screen. then when I try to login again it says:
Error 1017: "Connot login to the everquest server. You may need to re-run the update patch. Repeatedly seeing this message indicates a loss of connectivity to the patch server. This is usually temporary."
I am using the same setup I had back in May to play P99, could it possibly be my new internet, I just got Hughesnet Satellite as my ISP (The only one with decent speed in my area), speed is 1.6mbps. If anyone has any advice on the matter please respond. I wanna get back in the action.
