Alecta: After November 2000 in the server timeline, pets will have their weapons proc as if they were players.
Doesn't say it was removed... Just says they will proc as a player held weapon would proc... My understanding would be at the same rate/frequency... Not sure if it was removed totally... I will check tonight to see if it was removed totally or if someone else more experienced with the swords can give us a def answer?
