If you want purely classic maps, it's going to take a lot of effort and some luck on your part.

Earliest archive of allakhazam. Allakhazam isn't the ideal resource of classic information, but in this case, it has what you want.
Click on Zones
Starting here, you'll see links to community submitted maps. Many of these look pretty cool, and outline various things.

From here, you can go to the planes and each continent, and from there, specific zones. Each zone will have links to more community submitted maps. The luck part will depend on whether the maps were archived. Most will have been. Those hosted offsite, like the Taken's maps, weren't so fortunate.
Jus Divinum's maps are pretty good. They have a hand drawn and a digital map of most zones.
