i did find a fallacy committed by you, though.
you found one extreme where an example of an oppressive government that also has socialized health care, and since they're oppressive, the people aren't as happy.
but since the country in question is not one of the happiest countries anyway, their lower happiness ranking neither proves nor disproves my point.
