Suv driver should get attempted manslaughter. This may not be at all what happened but judging by them brake checking him to slow him down I can imagine. They were doing stunts, This guy decides he's going to ride right next to them and call the cops and make gestures, yell etc. They feel he is intentionally driving close to them and could cause someone to lose their concentration or balance with the wind from his truck. They surround him and slow him down to say "back the fuck off, we have 70 bikers here and we may be stunting but don't need to get run over by someone with road rage.
When they try to slow him down he shows his defiance by hitting the bike instead of braking. Now they are pissed because what they thought to be true is. He could care less and will hit their bikes and cause them to wreck because he doesn't understand that riding 2 feet way from someone doing a stunt is a bad idea..or cutting off motorcycles could cause someone to be vaulted onto the pavement.
Now they want to punch him in the head and go for his door. He runs over a few of their buddies and severely injured one. The rest is history.
Just what I think..I didn't read any stories about it yet and am only judging by the video. This just seems like a scenario that's more likely than just bikers want to break check people in hopes they hit their bike so they can drag them from the vehicle.
Either way terrible situation.
