well i never got any dev feedback but i did fix this myself on my own spell file. now when i update i make sure to copy the line for rest the dead out of my old one into the new one to make sure it stays working. i can upload it for you guys when i get home.
oh ya i forget, i cant upload it b/c its too large. so, not sure how to get it to you guys, and no, im not going to personally e-mail this to ever necro on the server.
If one of the devs will PM me with an e-mail address i will send it to them so they can make it available to the public.
