This thread in RnF is nothing like disbarring them from working as a (insert profession here) because they are too ugly. It doesn't even come close to insinuating anything like that. Sure... objectification if you want to break it down into an extremely technical sense. Oh by the way we are all composed of matter + energy.
But really no one is saying these people are just objects. At all.
However we live in a society plagued by this typical judgmental process. I'm objectified all the time. And no one jumps to my defense. I'm an ugly avg joe dude. I'm not a sexy celebrity like Tom Cruise or Brad Pitt. I'de rate myself at 4/10. But fuck it. I'm also not going to steal away other peoples glory if they put the effort into being amazing.
Ain't mad. Deal with it IMO.
