Default Same problem as others

This ahppens to me about 75% of the time, I will crash when I zone. Although, sometimes I can go hours without a problem, then it crashes or locks up on me. here is the last few lines from DBG.TXT file, almost seems like either the routing is messed up somewhere on my end or the server is not sending a response to the request. I will see if I can't figure out what is going on here, although I suspect it is a problem on my end with the ISP I am using. I also get the log into a blank server selection screen alot also, and also cannot login to the server select screen at times, I get a timeout error, or the server could not be reached. Odd thing is a guy that lives a few houses up the road using the same ISP never has any problems with his connection. Anyway, here it is.
