although i have tossed an idea around in my head for a new server, but i never want to put the time into it.
simply:
-PEQ as a base
-classic with progression
-players would have to understand server is far from classic
-PvP / resists would be main priority
-crazy OP non-classic shit would be fixed/removed ASAP as its reported
-perm death or some harsh penalty for dying in PvP
-accelerated XP
-cyclical format to keep it fresh
but i do not have the time and/or leet c++ knowledge to get some kind of anti-hax going so that usually discourages me...
everything else i could do easily
