Whenever we can all agree on a ruleset, which seems to be only 5 of us or so, on the war site, so seems like it will be a while before it happens, more people need to get involved if they want it to actually happen, the rules are to be made and agreed upon by the players, and with so few people participating it could be quite a while.......
