Does Nizzar RMT? Wouldn't surprise me, although i've seen no evidence of it. Back when account selling was 'legal' i was offered, repeatedly $$ for my accounts by people who were legitimately interested. It wouldnt surprise me if sometime late April early May every year huge plat/gear transactions show a correlative influx to tax returns. Shouldn't be a surprise and it's also not gamebreaking. End-game gear in Kunark is pretty easy to get.

Not going to argue with this at all. I said I've seen allegedly like at least 30 people who are real good candidates. All I'm doing is essentailly trying to say the same thing you are minus the part where I need "evidence" handed to me on a silver platter.
None of that exonerates people like Nizzar and Tune. And their "alleged exploits".
It has been happening and I know lite is not doing it on purpose other than the one time he did here to demonstrate and maybe one other time to figure it out. And not to key NPC's.
