Default Sneak/Hide + invis and attacking still shows parenthesis around name
How to replicate:

I cast Invis with my Crystal Mask (unsure if it works when other cast on you(untested)).
Sneak/Hide
Attack mob
Shows parenthesis around name after attacking until hidden again.
Has no faction effects
