Maybe just fed up with the fact that nothing ever gets done. Evidence can be provided and guides will say, "not enough evidence, we needed XY + Z." Then XY + Z is is provided and guides say, "oh wait, where was your ZaZb and Zc, cannot confirm Z without ZaZb and Zc, sorry.
Then ZaZbZc is provided. Guides dont post for 3 weeks. Finally a ruling comes down, it's a 7 day suspension, after 4 days the character is back online because someone else 'overruled' it.
