Bullshit. You don't go to jail for false advertising. Technically you could, but I've never heard of it ever happening. Otherwise every CEO of the major pharmaceutical companies would be behind bars. The people who sell those ion metal bracelets would be behind bars. Even the folks who make those "Magic 8-Balls" with the fortune telling octahedron in em would be locked up. And essentially banning someone is the equivalent of capital punishment. Is this seriously the Saudi Arabia of EQEmu servers? You want to ban a guy because you were a sucker for his ruse?
