There are 3 hastes~ V1, V2, and V3
V1 = item
V2 = spell/song
V3 = overhaste (brd only in any timeline we'll see here)

I guess this means I'll actually have to "communicate" with group members over what song they'd rather have if they already have a better haste buff. Sigh.
