Necro would be a better partner for fear kiting probably. More damage (even though rogue lacks haste with the necro) and less xp penalty.

TRUE, never been asked by a necro cause they can usually do it all alone. Bards seem to like the extra dps more. But hey Necro Rogue duo definitely down for this!
